SUBSTANCE: sensitive member includes hemispherical envelope with moralized end surface. Envelope is coupled by means of leg with flat plate having sputtered discrete capacitive electrodes. Said plate is placed in parallel relative to end surface of envelope. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurement by means of sensitive member due to improved Q-factor of resonator and lowered influence of gaseous damping, simplified low-cost technique for making such member. 1 dwg
