FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of superalloys based on nickel includes loading to the melting crucible of charge in form of metal wastes or mixture of metal wastes and alloying metals, addition to the charge of the refiner, charge melting and melt pouring through the filter. Charge is loaded in form of metal wastes or mixture of metal waste and non-active alloying metals. To the bottom part of the melting crucible the first refiner is added in form of at least one alkali-earth metal. The charge is melted in argon, vacuum is created, and high temperature treatment of the melt is performed at temperature 1600-1750°C for at least 5 minutes, then to the melt the second refiner is added in form of at least one rare-earth metal.
EFFECT: alloy is characterised by low content of sulphur, oxygen and nitrogen, and increased long-term strength.
