PAVEMENT USAGE METHOD Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: motor roads. SUBSTANCE: proposed method relates to motor and can be used for provision of complete usage of road pavement as to service life of road pavement materials, elimination of formation of ruts, provision of smoothness of pavement and safety of running owing to uniform wear of pavement in width. According to this method uniform wear of pavement is provided by orientation of vehicle wheels to roadway rolled lanes and periodical displacement of vehicles to non-rolled lanes. Novelty is that roadway width is reduced by width of design vehicle wheel, forming simultaneously temporary unusable reserve lane. In spring this lane can be arranged from southern side pavement. EFFECT: simplified upkeep of pavement and reduced cost of pavement maintenance. 2 cl, 3 dwg
