FIELD: design, construction and operation of motor roads. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for design and construction of pavement of multilane motor roads over section of banking step with transition from rectilinear ( in plan ) section to banking with lateral grade of roadway differentiated by lanes. According to method of accomplishment of step in broken banking with terrace along separating strip lateral grade per each lane is changed individually starting from lane closest to axial line or separating strip with matching of adjacent lanes. Vertical marks of pavement of lanes over top of pavement are determined by given dependence with due account of length of lane banking and employed fraction of adhesion factor in lateral direction different per each lane of multilane motor road. Minimal length of step per lane is also computed by presented dependence. EFFECT: raised stability of motor vehicles and creation of comfortable conditions for participants of road traffic over multilane motor roads. 4 dwg
