SUBSTANCE: after closing of the suction port precompression of gas is accomplished in each working chamber to the gas pressure in the delivery port, and after that communication of the working chamber with the delivery port is provided. Part of the working chambers in the device for gas transfer communicating with the gas delivery port and the liquid inlet port at a time is separated by a slotted seal from the part of the working chambers communicating with the gas suction port and the liquid outlet port at a time.
