SUBMERSIBLE PUMPING UNIT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC F04D13/10 F04D15/00 F04F5/54 E21B43/14 E21B43/12

Abstract RU 2693119 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for oil production from wells by submersible pumps simultaneously from several productive formations. Submersible pumping unit includes electric motor (1), centrifugal pump (3) and pressure jet pump (2). Nozzle (16) of pump (2) is communicated via pipe with upper high-pressure part of pump (3). Receiving (7) of pump (2) is connected to shank (4) lowered into production string (5), internal channel of which is connected to inlet of mixing chamber (17) of pump (2), outlet (13) of which is connected to annular channel (19) between column (5) and tubing string (8). Shank (4) is equipped with sealing device (9) covering channel between column (5) and shank (4). In the upper part of pump (3) there is gas-liquid separator (21), the outlet of which along the water is communicated via pipe (18) with nozzle (16). Pressure transducers (22) are arranged along the length of pump (3) to measure pressure distribution along its length and are connected via communication channel (23) with control system (24) arranged at well mouth. Plant is equipped with additional pressure sensors (26 and 27) installed at intake (7) and in mixing chamber (17) of pump (2) connected by channel (23) with system (24). On pipe (18) communicating nozzle (16) of pump (2) with pump (3), remotely controlled locking device (28) is installed.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving operating efficiency of submersible pumping unit in complicated conditions with intensive gas supply to operation zone of pumping equipment by provision of coordinated control of centrifugal and jet pumps operation due to separate control of average supply of each pump.
