SUBSTANCE: the device has a body, instrument guide, means for preliminary fixing of the medical instrument, means for feed of the medical instrument and a trigger mechanism with a scale on the body. The means for feed of the medical instrument is made in the form of telescopic tubes located inside the body. The first telescopic tube is fixed to the body, and the second tube is movable, has a lock for retaining the medical instrument in its cavity, it is spring-loaded and provided with a stop installed in the body slot for longitudinal movement and engagement with the slot end. The trigger mechanism is positioned on the body for movement, fixing and engagement with the stop for presetting the depth of installation of medical instruments.
