FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has casing with instrument guide unit, means for preliminarily fixing medical instrument, trigger mechanism bearing depth scale on the casing and means for delivering medical instrument designed as a set of telescopic tubes arranged inside of the casing. The first telescopic tube rigidly attached to the casing. The second tube is movable, spring-loaded. It is mounted with its end in end guide member of the casing, has locking member for holding medical instrument and longitudinally movable rest member engageable with slot end face. The trigger mechanism is mounted on the casing allowing movement, fixation and engagement with the rest member for determining depth in setting medical instruments. Minimum area of movable tube placed in the unmovable tube is equal to at least one half of external diameter of the movable tube. Distance separating end guide member of the casing and unmovable tube end directed to it is equal to 2-25 times external diameter of the movable tube. Means for preliminarily fixing medical instrument and locking member for holding medical instrument are engageable with the medical instrument introduced from one and/or other casing end.
EFFECT: easiness of operation; improved engagement conditions with tissues and organs of patient under treatment; simplified design.
