FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical cosmetics and aims at integrated cosmetic processing of patient's superficial tissues. A processed patient's body surface is exposed with a device generating adjustable vacuum. The device comprises a medical vacuum massage suction cup a case of which at its top is coupled with a vacuum system, and an ultrasonic piezoelectric converter fixed inside the case of the medical suction cup and provided with an acoustic contact to the processed patient's body surface. The ultrasonic piezoelectric converter comprises a piezoelectric ceramic element representing a hollow cylinder with electrodes on external and internal surfaces, polarised in a radial direction. The internal electrode is earthed, and the external electrode is connected to an electrical circuit of initiation and control of ultrasonic vibration amplitude and phase. An ultrasonic transducer generates resonance-frequency cylindrical standing wave field of adjustable amplitude and phase in a direction parallel to the patient's body surface. In an acoustic contact zone of the ultrasonic piezoelectric converter and the processing surface localised by vacuum suction, nodes of standing waves are formed also.
EFFECT: method and device allow higher effectiveness and safety of ultrasonic processing of fatty and cellulitis superficial body tissues at low-intensity ultrasonic vibration.
