FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out single lung ventilation when isolating the second one after both lungs ventilation being done during 15 min in advance. Normal gas exchange parameters being achieved, lung with no ventilation is subjected to lavage with liquid. The first portion to be poured is 2100-3000 ml as large and the following ones are 400-800 ml as large. The number of lavage cycles is 5-7 pro one lung. To prevent from hydratation and pulmonary edema to take place, diuresis is to be stimulated. Intravenous infusion volume is reduced for the same purposes. 5% glucose solution is applied.
