The influence on the cell membranes is accomplished in the hydrodynamic indestructable condition. The device for therapeutic influence on biologic tissues by ultrasonic field has an ultrasonic generator, acoustic unit and an ultrasonic instrument representing a changeable working member with a working end, in addition it has a liquid phase feed system. The generator is made for producing of an ultrasonic field at a frequency of 20 to 30 kHz. The shape of the working end of the ultrasonic instrument corresponds to the shape of the percepting surface of the biologic tissue and is described by cubic splines.
