SUBSTANCE: strengthening is realized due to action upon part by percussion member arranged in tip with possibility of engaging with balls circulating along curved pipe having air emitting jets operating at supply of air flow from nozzle. Circulation modes are stabilized due to using pipe curved in the form of ring with tip secured to its nozzle. Percussion member is in the form of rod having on its one end hemispherical surface that engages with regulation balls and striker on its other end.
