FIELD: processing of liquid wastes; dehydration of sediment of cattle-breeding complexes at hydraulic removal of litterless manure at simultaneous recovery of manure as fertilizer. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes dehydrating and composting reservoir made from watertight pipes with chutes at the bottom for removal of liquid fraction, horizontal and vertical filter elements which are interconnected; vertical filter elements are mounted above height of reservoir at pitch of 2.0 to 2.5 m; distance between chutes is so selected that volume of filter elements is equal to 1:10 of volume of sediment of sewage.
