METHOD FOR PREPARING ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZING MIXTURE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing manure and dung flows. Method involves mixing zeolite sand with partially dehydrated deposit of manure or dung flows in the ratio = (1:2)-(1:3) and thermal treatment for complete dehydration. Mixing is carried out by in layers flooding deposit on platform fenced by inventorial detachable walls and equipped by drains. Zeolite sand is dispersed on surface of each layer in the process of its flooding. The first zeolite sand is applied on the platform base with preliminary installed first circle of drains. Thermal treatment is carried out by freezing in cold year period at natural temperatures. Ends of drains are made as opened and communicating with atmosphere and they are installed in checkered order for 2-3 circles and with simultaneous zeolite dispersion on the level of each layer. Invention provides preparing product with low residual moisture of friable structure. EFFECT: improved preparing method. 2 dwg, 1 ex
