SUBSTANCE: composition for road pavements, roofing and waterproofing coatings, containing bitumen, polyethylene, plasticizer, and mineral filler is characterized in that said polyethylene component is mixture of low- pressure and high-pressure polyethylenes at ratio 1:(1-2) obtained as insulation tape production waste, said mineral filler is treated by plasticizer limestone screenings fraction 0-5 mm, said plasticizer is industrial sewage waste from thermomechanical working of metal parts in motor car industry, containing calcium and magnesium carbonates, aluminum, iron, calcium, and magnesium hydroxides, abrasive particles, spent spindle and tall oils, at specified proportions. EFFECT: reduced power consumption and increased heat and cracking resistance of pavements and coatings. 2 tbl
