SUBSTANCE: steel contains components in the following mass-%: carbon, 0.40 to 0.47; manganese, 0.50 to 0.80; selicon, 0.20 to 0.50; chromium, 0.80 to 1.20; molybdenum, 0.20 to 0.30; nickel, not exceeding 0.50; sulfur not exceeding 0.025; phosphorous, not exceeding 0.025; copper, not exceeding 0.40; aluminum, not exceeding 0.02 to 0.04 and iron, remainder. EFFECT: increased impact elasticity and wear-resistance of steel. 1 tbl
