FIELD: building and erection equipment. SUBSTANCE: punch is designed for performance of emergency and rescue operations. Punch has body consisting of entry sharpened and erection hollow cylindrical sections, ballistic tip positioned on body and thrown off or destroyed at impact with obstacle. Punch also includes striker with tip arranged inside body and made for contact with percussion cap of cartridge, with gun-powder charge and pyroretarder. It also has fixing device of cartridge initial position. Guide washer is set on erection section for motion along the latter. Use is made of fixing device of striker initial position. Fixing devices of cartridge initial position are made for example in form of destructible bushing and cut-off pins which may be destroyed under action of overload occurring at punch introduction into obstacle material. Erection section f body is of stepped form. Larger- diameter step is positioned in tail part of body, and its external diameter is larger than internal diameter of guide washer. Striker is mounted for displacement inside body. It is provided with head par shaped as piston responsible for thrust into back stroke limiter fixed in cavity of tail part of body. As a result, striker may move in direction away form obstacle under effect of pressure of charge product burning. As soon as striker reaches back stroke limiter, it imparts part of its motion to punch body, thus pulling punch away from obstacle and making vacant hole in it.
