FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two different U-shaped frames connected to each other under the right angle. The horizontal frame uprights are connected to each other with threaded rod having threaded distraction rod vertically movably attached with its lower end. Clamp has wire- pulling member and two wire-guiding members set in vertical grooves allowing movement and fastening. The vertical frame uprights are connected to surgical operation desk to enable movement along the desk and at the level of arm. The uprights are connected to each other with a rod having threaded in the center having interaction to a lateral arm tie-rod. The lateral arm tie-rod is composed of a threaded rod and arm cuff. Soft fixing member fixed on the desk to enable enveloping of the humeral articulation as axial counter tie-rod.
