FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: aircraft has fuselage for creating lifting force and four plane cells mounted in tandem for turning relative to neutral axis. Each plane cells swivel propeller- main rotor unit for creating the thrust. Wings and propellers are built in fuselage by means do outrigger which has rigid structure and is designed for distribution of forces from wings and propellers. Configuration of fuselage provides for creation of lifting force in air flow at minimum number of panels of various curvature. Nose and tail cones, as well as lower frame of fuselage are covered with semirigid panels. Semirigid panels are formed from gas-tight and abrasion-resistant laminated material and are connected with frame by means of intermediate fin and latch unit. Frame is formed from many bent elongated segments mounted in succession orthogonally relative to longer axis of fuselage; they are interconnected by means of torsion members. For setting the aircraft in motion, use is made of turboelectric thrust system. EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity and cruise speed. 64 cl, 31 dwg, 1 tbl
