Liquid activation device has armature, surface of which carries permanent magnets in form of spiral. Layer of composite filler treated by electromagnetic radiation is applied on permanent magnets. Device also has coil pipe, spiral-shaped permanent magnets, composite filler treated by electromagnetic radiation of different activity, and ferrite rods with copper coils.
