SUBSTANCE: fuel activator has housing 1 with concentric activation chamber 2; composite filler 3 treated with electromagnetic radiation is placed between walls of housing and activation chamber. Activator is placed immediately before carburetor of internal combustion engine. Ceramic, metal and organic powders treated by electromagnetic radiation are used as composite filler.
