FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering fluorescent preparation and acting with monochrome radiation upon the faucial tonsils, taking photos from fluorescence zones. Di-sodium salt of fluorescein (flurenate) gel is introduced into tonsil lacunae lumen and laser radiation is applied with output power of 25 mW, 60-120 c duration and following faucial tonsils microphotography, time and luminescence area recording.
