FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting conjunctiva in concentric relation to limb in the internal segment. Upper one third of the internal direct muscle is separated in blunt way from the rest part, the tendons are sutured and excised. The rest of the direct muscle is also sutured and excised. The end of the accessed internal direct muscle is turned backwards and fixed with free loop to the edges of the discissions in scleral canal. The rest of the internal direct muscle is sutured to the tendon. EFFECT: improved blood circulation and optic nerve function. 5 tbl
