FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating skin towards orbit boundary and pinna. Fascia is cut. Mimic muscle fibers are partially cut. Temporal muscle is partially separated. Canal is built in blunt way through temporal fossa to pterygopalatine one. A canal is built in blunt way from the pterygopalatine fossa to the inferior orbital fissure in forming an opening therein. Transplant is produced from temporal muscle. It is cut with attachment place and feeding blood vessels retained. Canal and bed for receiving the transplant is built in Tenon's capsule. The transplant is introduced into Tenon's capsule and spread over the posterior eyeball surface. Crushed cartilage mixture is introduced into Tenon's capsule through conjunctival cut. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
