FIELD: nitrogen compounds' metabolism. SUBSTANCE: nitrogen monoxide oxidation is accelerated in heterogeneous media, including blood plasma, by adding fluoro-containing compounds and so can find use in medicine for correction of conditions caused by impaired NO metabolism. More particularly, into reaction mixture are added components leading to formation of one or several new phases to increase oxidation reaction rate H determined by following equation: H = , wherein ki is reaction rate constant in ith phase, QNO,i and Q02,i equilibrium distribution coefficients of NO and O2 in ith phase, and xi is portion of ith phase in total volume. EFFECT: accelerated nitrogen monoxide oxidation reaction under the same temperature and pressure conditions. 6 cl, 7 dwg, 6 ex
