FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: radiator has a supporting body with cavity and ports in which there is a rod magnetostrictive converter with electric winding on rods and acoustic waveguide made in the form of cylinder changing into a descending cone. The cylindrical part of the acoustic waveguide is located in the supporting body, and the conical part is located outside the body. The upper end face of the acoustic waveguide is coaxially connected to the lower radiating surface of the magnetostrictive converter by soldering, and the acoustic waveguide in its middle part coinciding with the zero point of its oscillations is connected to the supporting body by a threaded joint. The downhole acoustic radiator is provided with radiating element, the upper end of which is connected coaxially with the lower end of the acoustic waveguide by the threaded joint. The magnetostrictive converter is of 200-280 mm length is made of permendur. The ports are arranged along the perimeter of the supporting body in two rows, the first one is located at the level of the upper turns of the electric winding of the magnetostrictive converter, and the second one is located at the level of its lower turns. The radiating element is made in the form of a cylinder or prism with a square section.
EFFECT: increased range effective action on the near well bottom zone of oil wells due to increase of its acoustic power, radial direction of acoustic radiation and reduction of kilometric damping of acoustic wave in surrounding space with increase of reliability and repairability under field conditions.
