FIELD: oil-gad producing industry designed, particularly, for treatment of bottom-hole formation zone of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: downhole acoustic radiator has body which consists of opened part coming in contact with well fluid by means of windows made in body opened part, and sealed part filled with electric insulating fluid and having air cavity at atmospheric pressure. Body accommodates rod-type magnetostriction transducer whose upper radiating surface is engageable with air cavity. Additionally installed in body is acoustic waveguide made in the form of metal cylinder whose upper end surface is rigidly and coaxially connected with lower radiating surface of transducer. Acoustic waveguide middle part coinciding with its vibration zero point is connected over perimeter rigidly and airtightly with radiator body to separate it into opened and sealed parts. Waveguide lower end part is located in body opened part. Waveguide end surface is soldered with lower radiating surface of transducer. Waveguide middle part coinciding with zero point of its vibration is connected rigidly and airtightly with device body by means of annular weld seam. EFFECT: higher operating reliability and radiation efficiency due to excluded mechanical stresses in radiator design, prevention of radiator corrosion and its higher efficiency in use. 3 cl, 1 dwg
