FIELD: trade. SUBSTANCE: system and method are meant to be used for selling of products and services with making out bills to customers. System and method provide for determination if transponder carrying data of identification of customer is within action zone of distribution device that is activated by customer initiating corresponding operation. System has reading unit to emit radio frequency signals and receive data on identification of customer from transponder reacting to emitted radio frequency signals. When transponder is within action zone of distribution device indication of customer in action zone is ensured. In this case data on identification of customer received by reading unit are assigned to operation in activated distribution device, operation on activated distribution device is permitted and is entered in account of customer in correspondence with data on identification of customer.
