FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has detachable carcass having two U- shaped uprights. The uprights are joined with inferior and superior horizontal cross-pieces. Ends of two horizontal strips joined with cross-pieces are fastened on the inferior horizontal cross-piece. The cross-pieces form operating table bed. Other two ends of the cross- pieces are pivotally connected to the vertical uprights making legs of the operating table. Ophthalmologic microscope and/or laser are suspended on the superior cross-pieces. Head rest of the table has pneumatic control unit for adjusting its position relative to table plane. Air chamber is manufactured from soft sterilizable gas-proof material to enable easy access to operation zone shaped as hollow truncated cone or hollow cylinder. Opening for the microscope and/or laser to be set is made in the upper transparent base of the cylinder. At least two valves for surgeon hands to pass through, an opening for making connection to climatic system for supplying sterile air are produced on the lateral surface of the cylinder. Eye orbit opening is produced in the lower base of the chamber to enable its edge to be tightly adjacent to the area around the orbit. Ratio of the upper to the lower chamber base area varies from 1/1 to 1/10. The chamber has container with sterile surgical instruments, materials and implants.
