FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely to method for obtaining a material for bioplastic operations from bone tissue of natural origin, comprising dividing the bone into plates having a thickness of 1.0 to 25.0 mm; carrying out ion washing in ionic salt solution; washing the plate with deionized water; treatment with alkali solution; washing with running water; degreasing, which is carried out with an organic solvent; demineralization in an acid solution; treatment under sterile conditions with hydrogen peroxide; machining the plate to thickness of 0.5–5.0 mm with the help of machining, with the form of membranes and blocks of various heights and widths; washing with purified water, then with ethanol; drying in a vacuum cabinet and heating under conditions that ensure the glass transition of the material.
EFFECT: invention provides high drainage properties of material and high capacity for integration into body tissues.
