FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has information carriers fixed on donor site, laboratory tubes and packages. The information carriers on donor site are designed as colored stationary carrier with readable two-place number. Operation information carrier having the same number and color is introduced into the system for being fixed on packages. The operation information carrier is related to stationary mechanical code. The operation carrier ends are designed as symmetric fasteners having distance between protrusion and recess equal to edge slit length of package for storing blood. Width of fasteners edges and of the operation carrier itself is greater than the slit length. The operation carrier is produced from paper laminated with transparent plastic. EFFECT: excluded mistakes in identifying erythrocytic mass returned to donor. 3 dwg
