SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to mobile complexes for the preparation of blood and its components. An operational space of a mobile complex for blood preparation and separation comprising a bus, accommodates a complex of major equipment for the preparation of blood components as a part of donor plasmacytapheresis apparatuses adjacent to donor chairs, an infusion heater, a sealer for tubes of polymer containers, a storage device for platelet concentrate and a deep freeze store; a support area includes an uninterrupted power supply; in a luggage compartment, there is an automatic transfer switch unit with its first input connected to an external AC network and its second input connected to a minipower plant; the first output of the automatic transfer switch unit through a power board is connected to a hot and cold water system, to a surveillance monitor, to the sealer for tubes of polymer containers, and to an input of the uninterrupted power supply to an output of which a donor blood dispenser devices, a cooling chamber, individual lamps, donor plasmacytapheresis apparatuses, infusion heater, storage device for platelet concentrate and deep freeze store, while the second output of the automatic transfer switch unit is connected to a triggering input of the minipower plant.

EFFECT: invention enables the preparation and storage of blood components (packed red blood cells, plasma and platelet concentrate) in the field conditions, and also reduces risks of donors' health and damage of prepared blood.
