FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely manufacture of machine parts of metallic chip. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of disintegrating chip and cleaning it from cutting fluid by washing out in aqueous solution of labomide with subsequent high temperature drying by means of hot air; agitating chip and pressing blank in the form of ring or disc with density 5000-6200 kg/square cm; heating blank up to 1150-1250 C for 10-20 min and shaping product by combination loading method: at first upsetting and then forming with twisting. Shaped products are subjected to respective heat treatment, for example by quenching at 800-850 C and oil cooling with subsequent tempering at 150-170C. EFFECT: possibility for making products of secondary raw material according to waste-free profitable technology with lowered cost for transportation, reduced energy and material consumption. 7 cl, 1 ex
