FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: spinning paste is prepared by cooling concentrated (at least 98 wt %) sulfuric acid to temperature below coagulation temperature, after which cold sulfuric acid is used for cooling polyamide and mixing both to form solid mixture. The latter contains 15% of polyamide with intrinsic viscosity at least 2.5. Polymer solution is then warmed and conveyed to molding dies under pressure where material is molded with air interlayer. Warming and exposure of polymer solution to pressure are performed in apparatus, wherein polymer solution passes in series at least two separate zones: melting and elevated pressure zones, polymer solution being plasticized and stirred in at least melting zone.
