FIELD: vacuum cleaner accessories. SUBSTANCE: telescopic pipe has inner pipe 10 and outer pipe 20, plastic sealing sleeve fixed on internal end 11 of inner pipe 10 and positioned in space Z between inner and outer pipes. Thickness of sleeve does not exceed the size of space Z to allow it to be inserted between inner and outer pipes. Sleeve has sealing ring 14 axially extending above internal end surface 11 of inner pipe 10 and resting upon inner surface 21 of outer pipe 20 due to its flexibility. Sealing sleeve has at least one projection 22 used as locking member and adapted to be inserted into intermediate space Z between inner and outer pipes. Projection 22 is located on wall 21 of inner pipe 10 and is adapted to be inserted into locking slot 23 on inner surface 19 of sealing sleeve 13. Locking slot 23 of sleeve and locking projection 22 of pipe retain sealing sleeve 13 on inner pipe 10 in at least axial direction. Such construction allows sealing sleeve to be easily mounted.
