FIELD: complex processing apiculture products and seafoods. SUBSTANCE: treatment-and-prophylactic preparation VINIBIS-M contains beebread and powder of microcrystalline cellulose. Product desiccation is conducted in vacuum chamber at temperature not more 45 C and pressure not more 100 esiccation of product in vacuum chamber, preliminary desiccation of raw material is carried out by convection up to 15% humidity. Then raw material is decontaminated, cooled and beebread is recovered at temperature 0-5 C. After it, product is mixed with powder of microcrystalline cellulose and ground up to obtaining homogeneous powder. Method allows to obtain ecological clean treatment-and-prophylactic product with maximum conservation of biological properties.
