Cooling, separating bee-bread grains, making ozone disinfection, mixing and grinding product with vitamins, microelements and amino acids and final drying in vacuum chamber is carried out. The bee-bread grains are taken from honeycombs and additionally dried in industrial pseudo-liquefied air layer to reach humidity contents of 8%. Ozone disinfection is carried out at the last stage of drying process in the pseudo-liquefied air layer. The product is delivered for being mixed with additional ingredients and ground, using pneumatic transport means. Powder mixture is delivered into vacuum chamber where repeated disinfection is carried out using formaldehyde vapor and the powder is finally dried to reach humidity contents being not greater than 1%. Then, the powder mixture is ground once more to produce homogeneous mass.
