FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bee farming and food industry. For ambrosia processing honey is pumped out and honeycomb frames are dried out. Then the honeycomb frame is cooled and thermally stabilised; in parallel, a preserving agent represented by natural honey is heated and thermally stabilised. Then one additionally cools the honeycomb frames and crops ambrosia cells to the ambrosia level; additionally, one repeatedly cools the honeycomb frames and crops ambrosia cells to the mediastemum. Then one performs ambrosia cells milling till an ambrosia mass condition, ambrosia mass heating, the heated ambrosia mass mixing with the thermostatted preserving agent till a paste-like condition.
EFFECT: invention ensures preservation of valuable characteristics of ambrosia and chitosan, increases the storage life combined with invariable biological properties.
