FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: preparation is obtained from bee bread with addition of different components. Product is dried in vacuum chamber with heating and extraction of bee bread. Raw material is preliminarily dried (prior to drying in vacuum chamber) to humidity of 10-12% by convective method. Then raw material is decontaminated, cooled, and bee bread is extracted at temperature of 0-5 C. In vacuum chamber product is dried to humidity not exceeding 1%. In this case, rarefaction is increased successively from 100 to 1 mm Hg. Product is crushed till powder is obtained. Installation of method embodiment has airtight chamber 1 with air ducts 2 and 3, fans 4, electric heaters 5, refrigerating chamber 6 with air ozonizer 7 and separator-crusher 9, and vacuum chamber 10 provided with infrared thermal radiator 11 and system 12 for cooling external surface of chamber 10. Installation also includes vacuum pumps 13, 14, granule mixer 15 and micromill 16. EFFECT: higher efficiency and economy of process. 9 cl, 1 dwg
