FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensing of carbonated liquids from bottles and other vessels in which liquid is kept under pressure. Siphon stopper has body with seat for mating with vessel neck, hollow spout and space limited by diaphragm from top. Rod with valve is made from lower side of diaphragm. Valve conjugates with seat made in bottom of hole communicating with tube. Body has protective cover and tearoff rim in lower part. Valve can be made in form of truncated cone whose smaller base is connected with rod and cone angle exceeds 0 deg. but is less than 90 deg. Sealing ring is installed either in seat or in valve. Sealing cone or ring gasket is found on lower part of bottom. Method of making siphon stopper valve comes to fitting of rod connected with diaphragm into hole of body space bottom in zone of valve seat. End of rod is heated and valve is formed to suit the seat. End of rod being cooled is pressed by tool whose temperature is less than rod material melting temperature. EFFECT: simplified design. 10 cl, 1 dwg
