SUBSTANCE: device has transportation drive secured on fixed member, intermediate and output carriages, articulated lever mechanism whose crank is hinge-coupled with input end of outlet carriage connecting rod and output ends of connecting rods of carriages are hinge-coupled with carriages. Articulated lever mechanism is connected with drive. Crank is made in form of eccentric. Input end of intermediate carriage connecting rod is hinge-coupled with eccentric on its outer diameter. Distance between axis of rotation of eccentric and axis of hinge joint of input end of outlet carriage connecting is greater than distance between axis of rotation of eccentric and axis passing through its center. Connecting rod of outlet carriage is made in form of parallel single-arm levers found at end faces of eccentric. EFFECT: simplified design, reduced mass and overall dimensions of device. 2 cl, 5 dwg
