METHOD OF PRODUCING MULTILAYER LAMINATED GLASS OF COMPLICATED CONFIGURATIONS Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: methods of producing multilayer laminated glass by pouring method; applicable in construction industry for glazing of garret windows, window openings, greenhouses, winter gardens, etc. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation at some distance of two and more glass sheets, their fixing and sealing over their perimeters; installation of pack before pouring at some angle to horizontal; filling through filling hole of air space between sheets with polymer resins polymerized under effect of ultraviolet radiation or catalysts, with sealing of filling hole. In so doing, for production of bent and spherical multilayer laminated glass, continuous compensation of excessive pressure of poured polymer column, removal air bubbles are accomplished by means of evacuation. Evacuation is carried out with the help of needle passing through sealing angle of pack. EFFECT: production of flat, bent and spherical laminated glass by pouring method on the same process equipment. 2 cl, 2 dwg
