FIELD: corrosion protection. SUBSTANCE: corrosion inhibitor is prepared by successively mixing (i) product of interaction of oxyethylated monoalkylphenol or oxyethylated fatty alcohol with organophosphorus compound and amine in solvent 50-80%, and (ii) product of interaction of organic acid with amine in solvent 10- 30%, and (III) nonionic simplified, the balance. Inhibitor is intended for protection of oil-field equipment against hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide corrosion. EFFECT: increased inhibitory properties in carbon dioxide media. 3 tbl, 22 ex
