FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in interaction of oxy-ethylated alcohol or oxy-ethylated mono-alkyl-phenol with di-methyl-phosphite ot mono-methyl-phosphite at heating, taken at mole ratio 1:(0.8-1.2) correspondingly and in successive interaction of produced product with ethylene-diamine or di-ethylene-triamine, or tri-ethylene-tetramine, or poly-ethylene-polyamine, or amide-amine of fat acid at their mole ratio 1:(0.2-0.5) correspondingly.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of corrosion inhibitor and its stability in time.
