FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is used for construction of pipelines in rock and frozen ground. Device is positioned on pipeline, squeezed over its perimeter and secured, for example, by braces. Device has hollow open cylinder with external surface hard after special treatment and formed by flexible length of synthetic material. Flexible length is made of sheet fibrous nonwoven material based, mainly, on fibers of group of polyesters, polyamides or polyolefins. Flexible length is preliminarily 9±3 mm thick. External zone of flexible length is filled with self-hardening composition based on carbomido(melamine)-formaldehyde resin, hardener and plastifier with common consumption of 5±1.5 kg/sq.m. In this case, zone of filling of flexible length with composition makes up not more than three quarters of its thickness. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of pipeline. 3 cl
