FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sealing device comprises members for mounting on the outer side of the pipeline at the sites of ballast devices. The members are made of a flexible durable material. The surface of the member that faces the weighting member is provided with bearing members made of a polymeric material, and the surface that faces the ballast device is provided with flexible strip.
EFFECT: reduced material consumption.
