FIELD: mechanical engineering; conveyor belts. SUBSTANCE: proposed wire-braided belt is used for treatment of foods by air at cooling, refrigerating or heating. Belt has great number of cross stems spaced in longitudinal direction. Great number of side links at both side edges of belt are connected in pairs by cross stems following one after the other. Each side link is made for displacement relative to neighbor side links around two axles perpendicular to longitudinal direction of belt. Wire screen supported by cross stems stretches over entire width of conveyor belt. Wire screen is made of great number of wires. One of wires forms intermediate connection between side edges of conveyor belt between each pair of neighbor cross stems where each cross stem in pair connects separate pair of side links. Thanks to it, connection takes up tractate efforts at least along straight paths of conveyor belt. Such conveyor belt can strictly follow horizontal curves.
