FIELD: mechanics, foodstuffs.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises an endless conveyor belt with a part of its length following the spiral way to make a rack stand. Note that the aforesaid spiral part limits the central space of the aforesaid rack stand. The said conveyor belt features vertical and horizontal gaseous medium passages. The rack stand end vertical part is closed with the casing. The proposed device comprises the first appliance to feed first gaseous medium into the aforesaid central space and the second appliance to feed second gaseous medium into the aforesaid casing. The casing is arranged so that to direct the second gaseous medium flow along the vertical line from this casing to the remainder part of the rack stand. Proposed invention relates also to the method of processing and subsequent drying of foodstuffs.
EFFECT: invention allows a complex processing.
