FIELD: combined devices for purification of sewage waters from organic substances and compounds of nitrogen and phosphorus; applicable in deep biological purification of municipal sewage waters. SUBSTANCE: plant has a cylindrical body with conical bottom; built-in coaxial aeration chamber with conical bottom; bypass parts with gates in chamber upper part and aerator; anaerobic chamber with pipeline for withdrawal of sewage gas; device for bypassing of sludge mixture; circular settler with degassing chamber; bottom conical in shape with sludge slots; unit for sludge age regulation located in aeration chamber; and device for introduction of initial water. The plant upper part is provided with external circular coaxial mixing chamber communicated with circular settler by bypass ports with gates and having bottom conical in shape and bypass slots in it, device for introduction of reagents, and device for bypassing of sludge mixture, and made in the form of external coaxially arranged congruent chamber installed with a clearance relative to aeration chamber and bottom of circular settler.
