FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described is atmosphere-resistant aqueous dispersive composition, titanium dioxide, thickener, plasticizer, natural chalk and water. Plasticizer is liquid glass; thickener is Na-carboxymethyl cellulose adhesive; pigment is titanium dioxide; and filler is carbide-formaldehyde dispersive powder ratios of components being as follows, wt %: polyvinyl acetate dispersion, 20-24; titanium dioxide, 9-13, Na-carboxymethyl cellulose adhesive, 0.5-1.5; liquid glass, 4-6; carbide-formaldehyde dispersive powder, 35-39; natural chalk, 20-22; and water, the balance. Invention makes it possible to carry out external decorative and finishing work, reduce manufacturing cost due to using non-deficient and cheap components and to avoid using toxic phenol and ethylene glycol.
